The Fine Family Art Gallery's newest exhibition, Russian Tea Party, with paintings by Alexander Kanchik and Vladislav Shereshevsky.
Shereshevsky is known as one of the most unpredictable artists of Ukrainian painting. A master of many styles, his work is often warm and humorous. The works in this exhibition are meant to bring the viewer back to Russia in the early 20th century.
Artist Alexander Kanchik's works are most reminiscent of the Baroque style, notable for its mystical, rich texture and exaggerated lighting. This exhibition combines nostalgia and whimsy; we see familiar images awash in color and humor.

Jeff Garlin is probably best known as Larry David's cheerful manager on the Emmy-nominated HBO show, “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” In his new book, My Footprint: Carrying the Weight of the World, Garlin chronicles his year-long journey to reduce both his physical footprint (losing weight) and his carbon footprint (going green) in his laugh-out-loud self-experimental memoir. Using his natural storytelling ability, Garlin documents his quest to live a more earth-friendly lifestyle and lose seventy-five pounds.

Car accidents are the #1 killer of teens in the United States. FEAR THIS, a nonprofit organization committed to safe teen driving, is coming to Dunwoody High School, Thursday, March 18th.
Mark your calendars to attend one of the two daytime assemblies that will be held during your child's 1st or 2nd period. Parents are not only welcome, but encouraged to attend.
This program, designed by law enforcement, is for teens and their parents. It will feature speakers and car crash video clips, cover what 3 mistakes teens make that lead to injury and/or death, and will touch on the proposed bill for GA on texting while driving. You and your teen won't want to miss it.
